EarthColor and Prestige Embossing

Share Best of Show Honors

What a road trip! One piece, two outstanding companies. In an unprecedented move this year, the judges awarded Best of Show honors to two companies - one for the printing and one for the finishing.

EarthColor and Prestige Embosing shared the winners stage when the Graphic Excellence Awards Gala was held Last week at the Doubletree. Over 200 guests filled the ballroom as the winners were announced.

Before the presentation, guests had the chance to see all the spectacular pieces entered in this year's competition. From offset to digital to screen, it was all there to see.

Guests also had the chance to see and visit with eighteen seniors in the Digital Media Program at UH under Dr. Waite. In addition, the Peoples' Choice Award voting was going on as well as buying raffle tickets for a chance to win one of five awesome prizes. Since we were on a road trip, the tables had bumper stickers promoting the industry that guests could take home and display with pride (Choose Print, What Would Gutenberg Do?, My Other Ride is an Offset, Got Ink?, and If You Can Read This, Thank a Printer).
